1. Design Phase
   The design process begins after the payment is received. At this stage, we need detailed information about what the customer wants in the graphics kit. It is crucial that the customer provides as many specifics and details as possible to ensure we create a design that matches their needs. Providing clear and precise instructions from the beginning will help us deliver the best possible outcome.

2. Proof and Revisions
   After the design, we will send a proof to the customer for review. The customer can check the proof and provide feedback. The customer is allowed up to four revisions at no additional charge. If more than four revisions are requested, each additional revision will incur a fee of 15 €. If the design needs to be started from scratch, a new design fee will be charged.

3. Accuracy and Communication
   It is extremely important for the customer to provide accurate and clear information about the desired elements of the sticker series. This includes colors, fonts, graphics, and any special requests. The more detailed the instructions, the better the final result will be. Please note that unclear or incomplete information may delay the process and require additional revisions.

4. Proof Approval and Final Invoice
   Once the customer approves the design, we will send the final invoice via email. This invoice will include all costs for design work, any revisions, and production.

5. Printing and Shipping
   After the final payment is made, we will proceed with production. The graphics kit will be printed and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Once the stickers are ready, we will ship them to the customer.
